Soooooo…..I am in love with this location! It is definitley at the top of my favorite’s list here in Raleigh for photo session locations. It has it all, forests, fields, lakes, and rock formations…and of course the stunning mountain overlook that makes you feel like you are somewhere in western North Carolina.

Who knew an overlook like this existed right here in Raleigh’s backyard?! I had been dying to photograph a session here, when Beth & Beck came along….kindred photo spirits 🙂 I met these two for their engagement photos at Occoneechee Mountain in Hillsborough, NC on a cool, sun-drenched fall afternoon. We hiked, we laughed, we played with their pups and took in the gorgeous view from the mountain overlook 🙂 What a fun engagement session this was! I loved that these two were so adventurous and willing to explore a new location with me for their photos.

This past weekend I got to photograph Beth & Beck’s wedding at the Parlour in Chapel Hill….and their day was equally as beautiful! Vibes from their engagment session echoed throughout their wedding as their decor as they included natural & rustic elements. I can’t wait to share more from their gorgeous day!
